The Iconic theme contains the ExtraContent area 1 as its header area.
This allows you to create amazingly powerful headers for your pages that can contain images, text, carousels, buttons and more when building your pages with Stacks.
In addition to allowing you to choose to place the sidebar on the right- or left-hand side of the page, or hide it altogether, this theme also has two ExtraContent areas built right into the sidebar area!
We’ve included our Blog Entry Topper feature in the Iconic theme. If you’re new to our themes, or just new to the Blog Entry Topper, be sure to check out the Blog Entry topper tutorial video.
This theme allows you to use the RapidWeaver color picker to choose a color that best suits your site.
You can also choose from several background overlays. These overlays provide depth and texture to your site background by layering textured images over your chosen color.
You can choose from several different width options in the Iconic theme. Your width variations range from 460 - 1,260 px in size.
Widths 460 - 660 px in size hide the sidebar automatically in an effort to ensure that your content has plenty of room to display correctly.
Included in the Iconic theme is a very special way to do Blog Badges. You are able to place a different badges on each individual entry. To do so you must simply copy and paste a snippet of code into your blog entry.

The Iconic theme contains 27 different color pickers to help you customize the look and feel of the sites you create. You can change everything from the links and content text to the social badges and much more.
The site logo appears in the title bar on the Iconic theme. It is to the left, or right of the site title, depending on your Site Title and Slogan Alignment choices. You can hide the site logo on a page-by-page basis.
This theme sports 6 different ExtraContent areas that are unique and powerful. With so many wonderful ExtraContent areas we built in an option in the Special section of the Styles tab that will make all of the ExtraContent areas visible as well as label them for you to give you an idea of where they’re located.
This theme has a beautiful photo LightBox built-in that provides you an alternate display method for your RapidWeaver Photo album pages. You can toggle this on and off on a page-by-page basis, and is off by default.
The Iconic theme allows you to place select social networking badges in the menu bar. We’ve included several snippets in the Extras folder you received when you purchased your theme. You’ll install and use these to make use of the badges.
The navigation system built-in to the Iconic theme is a great drop down menu that can handle 4 levels of pages.
Included in the Advanced section of the variations is an option to turn the first item in your navigation into a home icon.
Below is the code snippet that you’ll need when making your blog badges. Copy it and paste it into your blog entry, at the bottom of the entry, as shown in the tutorial video.
Once you do that, modify the icon name to reflect the icon you wish to use. The icon name is bolded below. A full list of icon names are listed on this page.
