The summary content is shown here and when you click the Read More link it takes you to the full sized entry, showing all of the body text, as well as comments if you have them enabled. You can also have the blog configured to show the summary on the full sized view as well.

The Create theme has a new Blog Entry Thumbnails feature. For instance this blog entry’s thumbnail is the icon of the drawer to the left there. Blog Entry Thumbnails are limited to 128 px in width. If your image is a larger width the theme will scale it down. We recommend using pre-sized images though. It will cut down on page load times and bandwidth, and keep your images crisp and beautiful.

The built-in Blog page style is a great way to publish your own blog or even just a site news area. This page style is quite versatile, and very easy to use. Best of all it comes built-in to RapidWeaver!
